Do I need a deep clean first?
We recommend it if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently. A deep clean gives us a fresh baseline, then recurring maintenance keeps it that way. If your home is already in good shape, we can start with recurring right away.
Can I change my cleaning frequency?
Yes! You can switch between weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly at any time. Just let us know and we’ll adjust your schedule and pricing. Many clients start bi-weekly and later upgrade to weekly.
What if I need to skip a cleaning?
Give us 24+ hours notice and there’s no charge. We understand vacations, holidays, and life events happen. We can either skip entirely or reschedule to a different day that week.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel anytime with reasonable notice. We earn your business every visit — we don’t lock you in. Most clients stay because they want to, not because they have to.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes, that’s our goal. We assign a primary cleaner to your home who learns your preferences and layout. If they’re ever unavailable (vacation, illness), we send a trained backup who’s been briefed on your home.
