How far in advance should I book a move-out clean?
Ideally 1-2 weeks in advance, but we often have availability within 48-72 hours. The sooner you book, the more flexibility we have with timing. If you’re in a pinch, call us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Should the home be empty for the cleaning?
Ideally yes. We can work around furniture, but empty homes allow us to clean inside closets, behind appliances, and reach every surface. If you’re doing move-out, schedule us after the movers and before the inspection.
Do you guarantee I’ll get my deposit back?
We can’t guarantee your landlord’s decision (some deduct for wear and tear regardless), but we guarantee our work. If the landlord cites cleaning issues, we’ll come back and address them at no charge.
Can you work with my landlord’s checklist?
Absolutely. If your landlord or property manager has a specific checklist, send it to us. We’ll make sure every item is addressed. This is especially helpful for detailed property managers.
What about post-construction cleaning?
Post-construction cleans are more intensive due to dust, debris, and residue from building materials. Expect 25-50% more than a standard move clean. We remove construction dust from every surface, clean windows, and make the space truly livable.
